• Cleaning breakrooms and kitchens

• Restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)

• Spot-cleaning glass and windows

What Airbnb Cleaning Includes

Typical tasks:

• Changing and washing all bedding

• Replacing towels

• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly

• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

• Taking out trash and replacing liners

• Restocking essentials (toiletries, paper towels, coffee, etc.)

• Checking for left-behind items

• Resetting the home to a “guest-ready” setup

• Light staging (arranging pillows, making beds neatly, organizing surfaces)

    We also offer:

• Restocking supplies for hosts

• Reporting damages or missing items

• Laundry services

• Deep cleaning between longer stays

How often: Every 3–6 months, or before moving in/out.

What Post-Construction Cleaning Includes

Typical tasks:

• Removing dust from all surfaces (walls, ceilings, vents, windowsills)

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

• Cleaning baseboards, trim, and door frames

• Removing stickers from windows and appliances

• Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets

• Washing windows, glass, and mirrors

• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens

• Removing construction debris

• Deep dusting of light fixtures, fans, and air vents

• Polishing surfaces and fixtures

      We also offer:

• Pressure washing exterior areas

• Floor polishing or waxing

• Final “touch-up” cleaning before occupancy

What Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Includes

This service is more detailed than a regular cleaning because the space is usually empty. Tasks typically include:

• Descaling faucets and fixtures

• Sanitizing all surfaces

• Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers

• Final Touches

• Removing all trash
